Students are the future to the country. They are the seeds that need to be nourished and nurtured to ensure that we all have a bright tomorrow to look forward to. One of the most important initiatives taken by Fortess is to spend time with students to guide them to a better tomorrow.
Venue: Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics and Telecommunication and Civil Engineering streams.
Students: Select 2nd year, 3rd year and final years
Program: The final year students who have received placement offers from Siemens, Larsen and Toubro, McDonells, Pune Metro, Godrej and Boyce, Reliance Textiles, Maust textiles will be taking up the offers after the ongoing last semester. This gathering was also to bid farewell to the final year students.

Results: Being prepared for the real world takes a whole new level of engagement. Fortess helped the students focus on life after college by guiding them in every step of the way and enabling 3 months of Internship training based on their streams.
Mrs. Charu Guptas efforts and dedication is the cause for shaping these students.
From the students’ POV : The final year students were very grateful to Fortess and other members associated with Young Scholars Trust who have been instrumental in guiding the students. Students were thankful to Fortess members for the one-to-one mock interview sessions held during our earlier visit, prior to their placement interviews. .
Most of the students come from rural farming background and during the interaction with students, they have expressed keen desire to have session with Fortess members. Ms.Charu Gupta of Scholars’ Trust has suggested that we meet the 2nd and 3rd year students sometime Saturday during February till first half March. The students need guidance, motivation and are keen to know how they can chalk out their future career.
Let us keep this initiative of Fortess live and ongoing and look forward to participation by Fortess members. Please feel free to give suggestion on topics that the members will like to talk on. I remember Haridas having mentioned sometime earlier, that we can talk on ‘The 6 Thinking Hats’.
