Mock Interview Session at VJTI Matunga

The following Fortess group members visited VJTI, Matunga for a mock interview session with 12 students who were ready for placements.

The students had a very encouraging mock-interview session in groups with each of the Fortess
members. The following important points were highlighted and explained by Fortess members before the start of the mock-interviews:-
- 1. How to introduce yourself at the job interview
- 2. Presentability
- 3. Carry portfolio
- 4. How to prepare resume and hand over resume
- 5. Talk on subject matter
- 6. Project thesis
- 7. Update on current events
- 8. Avoid discussion on politics/religion
- 9. Group discussion and importance of communication.
Fortess members took keen interest and showcased their capabilities by explaining each of the above in detail. Students expressed great interest and had no hesitation in asking questions and seek clarifications. The students looked very happy and felt quite confident at the end of the session.
