We are honoured to invite Dinanath Kholkar, Independent Advisor & Former SVP, TCS to address us on “Unlocking India’s Digital Potential: Leveraging Digital India and IndiaStack for Inclusive Growth”.
As India strives to become a $5 trillion economy, the government’s Digital India initiative and IndiaStack framework are revolutionizing the country’s digital landscape. This talk will delve into the transformative power of Digital India and IndiaStack, exploring how they are bridging the digital divide, fostering financial inclusion, and driving innovation. We will discuss the key components of Digital India, including broadband highways, universal access to mobile connectivity, and e-governance, as well as the IndiaStack building blocks, such as Aadhaar, UPI, and DigLocker. The session will also highlight successful use cases, challenges, and future directions, providing insights into how these initiatives are empowering citizens, businesses, and governments to build a more inclusive and digitally empowered India.
About the Speaker:
Dinanath (Dina) Kholkar is Prof of Practice, Board member, an Independent Advisor and former SVP of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He is Chair of IT/ITES committee at MCCIA. At PIC, he leads the research track for Science, Technology and national innovation ecosystem. He has been past chair of IEEE Pune section and currently chairs their Industry relations and Membership development. Over a career of 34 years, Dina has held diverse leadership roles in TCS, delivered value in building strategic businesses and driven transformation initiatives. With his passion for technology, ecosystems mindset and collaborative approach he has been delivering value to customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
